YouTube API Services Compliance Notice

Strict adherence to YouTube API Services Terms of Service & Developer Policies

U-Teacher uses YouTube API Services to provide personalized learning roadmaps, curated educational video discovery, and in-app streaming. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service .

In accordance with YouTube API Services Developer Policies, any data accessed or processed through YouTube API Services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy .

Data Storage & Refresh Policy

We only access and store public video metadata (Video ID, title, thumbnail URL, channel title, duration) strictly necessary for curriculum delivery. In accordance with Developer Policy III.E, cached API data is refreshed periodically and retained for no longer than 30 days.

Revocation & Data Deletion Policy

Users can revoke U-Teacher’s access to their data at any time via the Google Security Settings page . You can also request permanent deletion of your stored data by contacting support@uteacher.kr.

1Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up via Email or Google OAuth, we collect your email address, profile name, and avatar image through Supabase Auth.
Learning Data: Your learning goals, preferences, generated curriculums, step completion progress, and quiz history are saved.
Payment Information: Subscription billing is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

4Data Retention & User Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or permanently erase your personal data and curriculum history at any time.

How to Request Permanent Data Deletion

You can delete your curriculums directly in your dashboard or request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting our data protection officer at support@uteacher.kr. All user records will be irreversibly erased within 24 hours.
